Each week, NSWRL TV will be joined by NSW VB Blues coach Laurie Daley for an exclusive insight into his thought process ahead of his Origin defence.
With the kick-off to Origin just under two months away, Daley has had plenty to dissect in the opening rounds of the competition, with a host of names knocking on the door for Origin selection.
"There were a lot of guys who played particularly well in the opening month of football,” Daley said. I think generally I'm happy with the way everyone’s going at the moment.
“Over the next three weeks this is the period they need to put their foot down. Given that City-Country is just around the corner, the Australian match is just around the corner, and ideally you want to know the team a couple of weeks out from Origin.”
