The NSWRL’s new Inclusion framework outlines the five pillars of inclusion that will be addressed in order to create a truly inclusive environment for all.
The five pillars include First Nations, Pride (LGBTQ+), Gender Equity, Cultural Diversity, and All Abilities. The NSWRL will not tolerate any form of discrimination or bullying and will strive to reduce barriers to participation for these groups.
