All is almost in readiness for one of the most anticipated rugby league clashes in decades – the second State of Origin clash for 2015, to be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Wednesday’s clash between our NSW VB Blues and the Queensland Maroons promises to be one to remember, and not just because of the historic setting at one of the world’s most revered sporting stadiums.
VB Blues coach Laurie Daley and Queensland mentor Mal Meninga believe both sides are ready for the second Origin duel for the year, with a bring-it-on attitude reflective of what could be one of the most aggressive clashes in years.
Daley and Meninga insist neither side will take a backwards step.
A crowd of more than 85,000 is expected to gather at the MCG on Wednesday night, and there remain a small number of The Star-backed Blatchys Blues tickets to those who want to experience a sporting event like never before. Be a part of history by joining the Blatchys Blues for Origin II – details below.
