The NSWRL’s respect campaign has taken another step forward, with #RESPECT being printed on all referees' jerseys for the 2017 season.
The campaign was launched across all junior and senior competitions in 2016 and is aimed at eliminating offensive behaviour on and off the football field by players, coaches and spectators.
One of the leading NRL referees and NSWRL community Football referees development officer, Gavin Badger, was on hand at training to talk about the importance of showing respect to all officials.
