Ben Cross' NSW Harvey Norman Women's Interstate Challenge side entered camp on Wednesday - and it was down to business for the reigning state champions.

Put through an afternoon of medical testing and a light yoga session, all before an opposed training run with the Kiama Knights, the NSW Women will defend their title against the Maroons in Wollongong on Sunday.
