Bambling orginally hails from Yeppoon and spent his childhood living through different communities whilst his parents worked in the Queensland mines.
Cooper joins the green machine in 2018 from the Mackay Cutters in the Queensland Cup.
Bambling is a halfback by trade with a strong work ethic who is enjoying life in the ACT, soaking up the advice of Raiders Coach and former halfback Ricky Stuart.
A product of the Cowboys NYC side, Bambling also played U20's State of Origin for Queensland in 2016.
