As the Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues prepare to take out a clean sweep in the 2018 State of Origin series, they've been taken back to the grassroots, with Brydens Lawyers providing a boost to select Junior League clubs.
Winners from the first three draws of the Brydens Lawyers 2018 Junior League competition were recognised at the Game Three team announcement, presented on stage with the series-winning Blues and each awarded a Rugby League pack worth $5,000.
Principal of Brydens Lawyers, Mr Lee Hagipantelis said: "Sponsorship of Rugby League can not only occur at the elite level. It is imperative that we nurture and maintain the game at the grassroots level.
"Junior Rugby League represents the building blocks upon which our great game has been established. Brydens Lawyers is honoured to join with NSWRL to support the 2018 Junior League season."
Officially presented by Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues coach Brad Fittler and NSW True Blue Steve Roach, each pack included 10 bump pads, one large marquee and 30 footballs. The prize has been awarded to 11 teams so far, with one final draw to take place on Wednesday, 4 July.
Clubs can claim their pack by collecting 50 pledges of support on the Brydens Lawyers competition page - full details can be accessed here.
