Dale Finucane could be in line for a maiden Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues jumper on the back of his powerful performances for Melbourne this season but the Storm forward has also caught the eye on social media recently after revealing a hidden talent.
The rugged lock who is better known for taking the tough runs or buckling players in tackles unveiled an entirely different side when he captured himself testing out his new loop equipment in a music video that is definitely worth a look.
Armed with a guitar and his voice, Finucane belts out a rendition of Ed Sheeran’s ‘You Need Me’ that would give the English singer a pretty good run for his money (scroll down Finucane’s Instagram page and you will find out that he met Sheeran last year).
It’s not the first time Finucane has showed off his talents with his Instagram page also including renditions of ‘Shallow’ by Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga from ‘A Star is Born’ and ‘Free Fallin’’ by Tom Petty.
Finucane is already looking forward to a big year with his partner Maddelyn expecting their first child in November but he’ll be hoping to add a Brydens Lawyers NSW Blues jumper to his cupboard and another premiership ring with the Storm before that.
