Soward says: I think something might have clicked for the Warriors last week with their big win over the Jets. It was a really important win for them to keep their season alive and hopefully coudl kick-start something special for them. For Wentworthville, they are flirting around the top 8 but this game will be heavily dependant on how the Warriors can defend Bevan French and have that mentality to defend their way to a victory. Soward says: We've spoken enough about the Bulldogs and all know they have some strong talent there and they have some players with first-grade aspirations and boast that quality. Newtown were disappointing last week but from what we've seen in 2019 they're probably due for a bounce back. It's a huge game for them in the hopes of getting back into the top 8 but I expect the Bulldogs to get the job done this week. Bulldogs by 6.

Soward says: We saw last week what Wests are capable of and what they can produce against quality opposition. However, they will rue those missed opportunities but moving forward if they welcome Josh Reynolds into the side it wil help Jock Madden who has now set himself a high standard. On the other hand, the Knights are just trying to get to the end of the year but the motivation for them is to try play 'spoiler' but I'm going to say Wests by 8.

Soward says: That first-half was unlike the Dragons and I'm expecting to come out more disciplined and focused in this clash. For Rabbitohs they have mirrored their first-grade form where they have dominated the competition at times but then have looked tired at stages as well. i think this will be a cracker match and am tipping a draw.
