Looks like Tom, players like Jake.

That’s the exact comparison Ben Trbojevic will look to shake in 2021 as he looks to make his own name.

In fairness to him, he doesn’t play like Jake at all given he’s more of a centre/back-rower. It’s remarkable that all three brothers excel in different parts of the field.

Trbojevic has been a mainstay in the NSWRL Pathways Program over the years having represented NSW at both the Under-16 and 18 levels.

He has now been promoted to the Sea Eagles’ top 30 after being a developmental squad in 2020.

Trbojevic was a part of the playing group that endured the toughest situation of 2020 by not being able to play any games due to the cancellation of competitions.

Training for these players game without the ultimate reward for these types of players, so Trbojevic will no doubt rip into this pre-season now that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Even if he starts the year in the NSW Cup, an NRL debut is certainly in line for Ben Trbojevic in 2021.
