The Sydney Roosters have announced the re-signing of Jessica Sergis, the star NSW Sky Blues centre signing on until the end of 2027.
In 2023, the 26-year-old scored seven tries in six appearances for the Roosters, averaging 6.5 tackle breaks, while accumulating 132 running metres per game.
Sergis has been a regular member of the Sky Blues and Australian Jillaroos squads since 2017.
Sergis has 28 NRLW appearances since playing in the inaugural 2018 season, debuting with the St George Illawarra Dragons before winning the Dally M NRLW Player of the Year Award with her former club in 2019.
The NSW and Jillaroos star helped deliver the Roosters their first NRLW premiership in her first year with the club in 2021.
“There’s such a good feeling at the club and whether it’s at training or on the footy field, everyone’s committed to pushing to get the best out of themselves,” Sergis told roosters.com.au.
“I’m a Rooster through and through so I’m stoked to know that I’ll be here for at least the next four years.”
