The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs continue to build their roster for the 2024 season after signing utility Connor Tracey on a three-year contract.
Tracey was granted an immediate release from the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and will join the Bulldogs as soon as this week.
Since making his debut in 2019 for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the utility has made 66 NRL appearances for the Rabbitohs and the Sharks.
In the 2023 season, Tracey made 10 appearances for the Sharks including an Elimination Final against the Sydney Roosters in Week One of the Finals series.
He finished the year with three tries, six-line break assists, and an average of 177 running metres per game.
The 27-year-old also made 10 appearances for the Newtown Jets in 2023 for seven tries, four try assists, 10-line break assists and an average of 174 running metres per game.
“I’ve always admired Connor as a footballer and I’m very excited he has joined our club,” Bulldogs General Manager of Football Phil Gould told bulldogs.com.au.
“We are really looking forward to welcoming him to the squad.”
