NSWRL 2024 Community Awards applications closing soon

Do you know a volunteer or club that deserves to be recognised for the thankless work they do in the Rugby League community?

Take the opportunity to recognise them for their tireless work by submitting a nomination for the NSWRL Community Awards. Entries are due to close on Friday 14 June.

Each year NSWRL acknowledges and rewards our grassroots volunteers and clubs for all their outstanding contribution to Rugby League through a range of awards including club, coaches, referees, inclusive, First Nations and youth – introduced for the first time in 2024.

With more than 30,000 volunteers across the state, the NSWRL Community Awards is the highest accolade an individual or club can receive for their hard work and commitment to the game.

All nominations will be considered and reviewed by a NSWRL selection panel.

The 2024 Volunteer of the Year (chosen from the 12 winners of each region) will receive a VIP experience at a NSWRL Major Competitions Grand Final and a State of Origin jersey. The Club of the Year will receive a $2000 Steeden voucher and a BBQ funded by the NSWRL.

Finalists of the 2024 NSWRL Community Awards will be nominated for the equivalent award for the 2024 NRL Community Awards, presented by Westpac.
