Keary out and Suaalii in

Sydney Roosters half Luke Keary has today been ruled out of the 20-man Westpac NSW Blues squad with an injury.

The NRL granted the NSWRL approval for Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii to be added as the 20th man ahead of next Wednesday’s Game Three of the 2024 Ampol State of Origin series in Brisbane.

Bradman Best is expected to train tomorrow (Saturday) and to take his place in the centres for NSW at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday night.

Utility Matt Burton remains as 18th man and will take Best’s place in the team if the 22 year-old is unable to fully recover from his hamstring strain.
