Wentworthville Magpies remain undefeated after four rounds of the Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership following another dominant five-try performance against Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs last weekend.

Hooker Sarah Colman was a one-woman points-scoring machine for the Magpies scoring two tries and kicking four goals. That provided 16 of her side's points as they kept the Bulldogs scoreless with a 28-0 victory.

Centre Carly Abbott (pictured above) broke free of the defence in the 64th minute to score the Bulldogs last four-pointer and put an end to any thoughts of a Canterbury-Bankstown comeback.

It is the second time this season the Magpies have conceded zero points after a 36-0 win in Round One over the St George Dragons.

The last match of Round Four last night (Monday) had the Newcastle Knights snuff out a fightback by the Central Coast Roosters 26-22 after leading 12-4 at halftime.

The Roosters actually led 22-18 with six minutes left on the clock after winger Ashley Ketuu's try was converted. But in the final minute Knights centre Fane Finau scored the Knights sixth try to seal the result.

The win puts the Hunter club in striking distance of the top-four as they sit on four competition points in fifth place behind reigning premiers Mounties on five points.

Only the top-four progress to the Harvey Norman Premiership Semi-finals in September.

The second draw of the season also happened in Round Four with Wests Tigers locked 16-all with Mounties when the full-time whistle blew.

The Illawarra Steelers scored 40 points or more for the third consecutive week in a 40-12 win over Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

NSW Under 19s winger Maria Paseka scored a double for the Steelers, as did her teammate and opposite side winger Zali Yeo.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles enjoyed their second win in a row with Lavinia Tauhalaliku crossing twice to now give her three tries in four games.
